Counselling and IFS  

Cost

Payment is by direct bank transfer and payable at the time of the session.

£60 for the initial one hour meeting.

£60 per hour for subsequent 1hour sessions.

Session Information

Therapy sessions typically last one hour.  Some people find 75 minutes or 90 minutes fits them better.  These sessions are charged pro-rata according to the duration.  I would usually suggest that we meet weekly or every other week.  I try to arrange to meet at a regular time and day which works for us both.  

Cancellations

I charge the full fee if cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance.

Supervision

Payment is by direct bank transfer and payable at the time of the session.

Cost

£60 for the initial one hour meeting.

£60 per hour for subsequent sessions or £90 per 90 minute session. 

Session Information

Supervision can be 1 hour or 1.5 hours per session at a frequency that serves your practice, typically monthly.

Cancellations

I charge the full fee if supervision is cancelled less than 1 week in advance. 

Group Facilitation and Group Supervision

Payment is by direct bank transfer and payable at the time of the session or upon receipt of an invoice as agreed

Costs

£60 per hour.

Group meetings are a minimum or 1.5 hours in length

Monday 9pm - 6.30pm 

Tuesday 9am - 1pm

Wednesday 9am - 1pm

Thursdays 9am – 6.30pm

Fridays 9am - 1pm
