My hope is to share the potential for authentic exchange and healing through the work I do as a therapeutic counsellor/psychotherapist, IFS and trauma trained professional, group facilitator and supervisor.
My approach is kind, holistic and restorative and whilst the benefits are individual, many describe an immediate sense of relief to have begun finding a way through what seemed difficult or impossible alone. As a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor, I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and am listed on their register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care. This gives you an assurance that I meet their high professional standards for independent practice and that I am committed to working ethically, guided by their ethical framework.
